Why Feminism?
Feminism: Belief in the social, political, and economic
equality of the sexes.
WHY BE A FEMINIST?
In case anyone missed it, the Equal Rights Amendment was never
ratified.
Women continue to make less than men.
Women are the first laid off.
More women live in poverty than do men.
There are more women in the world than men yet women continue
to struggle to achieve the same rights as those of their male
counterparts.
Is this fair? Is this the sort of legacy we should leave our
daughters?
